All microscope and workstation time must be reserved through the online calendar. To keep the facility accessible and fair for all users, the following scheduling guidelines apply:
Reservation Policies
- No-shows are billed in full. Users who fail to show up for their reservation will be charged for the entire reserved time.
- Reservations canceled less than 24 hours in advance, without valid justification, will be charged in full.
- Debugging time is not billed. If you encounter an equipment issue during your session, clearly note the start and end of your debugging time in the logbook and only record billable time after the problem is resolved.
- Report issues promptly. For the fastest support, report any equipment problems in PPMS using the “Report Incident” option.
